An employee who operates the station side stream softening clarifier and reverse osmosis system. The employee will start and secure the clarifier and reverse osmosis systems and analyzes clarifier and circulating water samples. Make the necessary chemical calculations to adjust the chemical feed rates, flow or mechanical equipment to assure efficient, economical clarifier and reverse osmosis unit operation and maintenance of circulating water chemistry operating parameters. Must be familiar with standard lab safety procedures. Monitors and maintains logs of all pertinent operating data. Assist in the unloading and storage of all chemicals used in the clarifier or cooling towers. Maintains a clean and safer work environment
