Key Points of position:
• Need strong Excel experience to extract data and put into charts
• Will be using SAP to take Snap Shots and crafting reports with the data
• Will be interacting with people in Europe, Puerto Rico, India, etc...
• Will be completing a lot of Data Analysis
Sr. Program Analyst
This position reports within the Disruptive Order team and will be responsible for providing support for the Made To Order Program and related business activity. Day to day program support will include: data analysis, problem identification and improvement recommendations for a variety of Honeywell processes supported by the Disruptive Order Triage team.
The candidate will be expected to coordinate communication, prepare and deliver data analytics for review by Customer Business Teams, Marketing & Product Management (M&PM), and Senior Leadership as required.
Support will include providing connectivity between the Disruptive Order Triage Team, functional organization and Customer & Product Support, collaborating cross-functionally to obtain inputs required to maintain daily program activities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide program related email support and expertise.
• Research and resolve escalations, price / lead time questions, discrepancies and issues.
• Develop daily data analytics on Made To Order Program by collecting and analyzing productivity data, and report related metrics.
• Developing positive working relationships with the other functions supporting the business.
• Support functional program excellence (productivity, margin expansion, consistent methodologies and skill development) through the implementation of continuous improvements utilizing six sigma plus tools and training.
Basic Qualification (Must Have):
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or a Business related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a business analysis role.
• Analytical skills and strong capabilities in Microsoft software suites

• Written and verbal English communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to quickly and positively influence others.
• SAP knowledge a plus.
• Experience in coordinating work assignments within a group and acting as liaison between internal and external customers.
