Job Description:
The Reporting & Analytics team is looking for an experienced resource to help support the team efforts to improve the Fusion reporting experience for our customers. This role will primarily focus on performance tuning existing reports to optimize their run-times. The resource will also be asked to make enhancements to these existing reports which will include modification to data models and report templates. No on-the-job learning... candidates must have experience with multiple engagements building BI Publisher report for Fusion HCM Talent, GPM, and Profile modules.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM - specifically for the Talent Review, Goals & Performance Management, and Profile content modules.
Deep knowledge of BI Publisher and ability to troubleshoot problems with Data Models and Reports
SQL expertise, experience tuning queries for optimal performance
Independent, self-starter that will seek our answers without having to be told step by step instructions
Solid understanding of the Fusion security model and/or knowledge of FBL/HDL a plus
