JOB DESCRIPTION:
Industry leading automotive company seeks a Customer Service Rep for a 4 month contract to hire opportunity located in Fort Wayne.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshooting issues - Will work based off a script everyday.
- Individual needs to be quick and responsive to reply to emails - 90% of the day.
- Busy job, busy volume.
- Customer service oriented - 90% email communication, 10% phone.
- Friendly and responsive approach.
- Will taylor conversation to make it more conversational when resolving issues.
- Good understanding of when things have to be escalated.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Email communication skills have to be strong.
- Available to work on Saturdays.
- Work will be 100% onsite
