3rd Shift
Pay Rate is $15.00/hr
Job Title: Molding Technician
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Inspect / document tooling condition prior to running
• Log into ERP system
• Operate all Injection Presses
• Operate all Compression Presses
• Understand ASTM standard on all governed molded products
• Operate all rubber goods testing equipment according to applicable ASTM standard
•• Operate to control parameters / stop job if process goes bad
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or group lead
Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read manufacturing specifications and drawings
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent performance and attendance record
• Fast learner
• Must have the ability to be cross trained in all production equipment
Experience/Education Required/Sought:
• High school diploma or GED
•1 – 3 years experience SETTING MOLDS / CLEANING MOLDS / MAINTAINING MOLDS in a rubber or plastic molding plant
Work Environment:
• Comply with Safety Guidelines
• Comply with Honeywell’s 12 Behaviors and Initiatives
• Abide by Sell risk assessment
TIME KEEPING
Will swipe into eCharge and then candidate must submit time into Fieldglass by Friday afternoons, so manager can approve first thing MOnday morning
