Job Description
Responsible for the coordination and completion of all government, regulatory, and compliance documents for all business units in an organization. Responsible for gathering required documentation, completing, and submitting loan officer license renewals and transfers. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Day to day:
Interact and assist with the new license application within MLS
Working with internal Loan Officers to clear the applications
Heavy reporting role pulling reports daily
Assist with onboarding of Loan Officers
New license approvals communication
Tracking processes
Assist with ad hoc licensing requirements as part of a team. Loan officers are treated like Zillow customers!
White glove service for loan officers
Communicate clearly and effectively
Attention to details, accuracy and organized
Client focused
Project management skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to the process
MUST HAVE
Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing process/compliance (MLS or real estate licensing, regulatory knowledge of mortgage/regulatory licensing) is required
MLS exp required (mortgage licensing system)
