Perform various complex and confidential administrative work requiring initiative, judgement, and a broad knowledge of BFSC's organization, policies, practices and procedures. Act for the General Manager in matters not requiring his presence. Prepare program budget and review monthly. Prepare Results Share data and create innovative performance indicators. Select vendors for office purchases and create purchase orders in MACs. Verify vendor invoices with MACs to expedite payment. Communicate with and act as liaison between BFSC Management and the General Manager and also between all Team Members and the President. Coordinate entertainment and celebrations for BFSC. Function as photographer for visits and events. Represent BFSC in a professional manner at all company events. Ability to work overtime is required, at times with little to no notice.

Specific Job duties include the following but are not limited to:
Create and proof letters, memos and other documentation for the General Manager and President
Develop presentations
Develop and maintain General Manager's calendar
Arrange all travel for General Manager and President to include chartering private jets
Filing of correspondence/documentation
Track office equipment
Serve on the Team Events Committee
Serve on the Pokayoke Team to standardize conspicuous standards
Develop/maintain graphs for the result share board
Develop/maintain plantwide graphs to track plant performance in each area
Communicate with and act a liaison between GLs/SLs and the General Manager
Communicate with and act as liaison between BAs/Team Members and the General Manager
Plant visit/meetings coordination
Low-level decision making in the absence of the General Manager
Verify outside invoices with MACs to expedite invoices and insure payment
Support Team Members on software as needed
Arrange meetings, entertainment, celebrations, etc.
Support the President with editing speeches, letters and memos and purchasing
Meet with vendors on the purchase of furniture and other office equipment
Manage departmental supply budget
Reconcile entire departmental budget
QS9000 internal auditor


• Work Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. start. 40 hour work week. 8 hours per day (starting time will likely be 6:30 am or 7:00 am depending on the candidate)
• OT Required: OT will be minimal and likely none required
• Training Schedule/Hours: Same as working hours.
• Education Required: High School Diploma/ GED
