JobsRUs.com is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for Configuration Associates in Hebron, Kentucky with one of our clients!
Hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $16.00 per hour
About the Role:
Are you ready to jumpstart your career? As a Configuration Associate at JobsRUs.com, you will be a vital part of our client's operation. This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
**Assembles electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies or products according to product specifications.
**Follows established procedures and applies knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units.
**Ensures conformance to specified tolerances.
**May disassemble and correct malfunctions.
**Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
**Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**A team player with a keen eye for detail.
**Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment.
**Ability to follow directions and adhere to performance and safety standards.
**Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing) is a plus, but not required.
**High school diploma or GED required.
**Little to no experience necessary—we provide training!
