Required/preferred experience: Knowledge on Genesys telephony is a plus. Previous virtual facilitation experience with classes up to 50+ learners. Job Summary:
The Trainer is responsible for low level education material maintenance and delivery of content-specific curriculums. This individual works closely with Learning and Development teams to ensure course content and delivery meets the needs of targeted audiences. Skilled in facilitation and interpersonal communication, the Trainer consistently demonstrates solid organizational skills, time management, and professionalism. Supervisor Learning and Development leader Supervises N/A Duties (included but not limited to) Applies adult learning concepts when delivering educational programs Teaches classes and assists other instructors in classroom and work settings Utilizes available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes Assists in performing an annual education needs assessment as input to the strategic education program Utilizes a training database to track competencies and skills for SSC staff Provides training reports to SSC managers and directors Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” Other duties as assigned

Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Requires lifting papers or boxes up to 25 pounds occasionally. Work is an office environment. Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.
