Description:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining strong operational performance for both internal and external customers. This position reports directly the Distribution Ops Control Leader
What you get tin this position:
Coordinating all outbound loads with carriers and internal customer
BOL creation
Scheduling carrier pickups
Invoicing and billing
Creating and preparing daily picks for operations team
Ensure all Trade and Compliance requirements are satisfied (CTPAT, Dangerous Good Shipping...etc.)
Respond complaint Requests via BFO
Plan and track the shipment of final products according customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Participate in daily SIMs, updating the team on delivery and/or quality issues
Contribute productivity by supporting and implementing quality, delivery, and cost reduction objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination of all outbound shipments going tour internal and external customer. Ensure that all appropriate documentation is created, delivered, and saved per requirements. Communicating with the operations team ensure shipments are picked and shipped according prioritization. Take on small projects help support the development and improvement of the Logistics Coordinator functions. Contributor continuous improvement.

Experience in customer service
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and IS requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) SAP, Q2C, Manhattan, ect.
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organization skills
Ability perform multiple tasks simultaneously
