Seeking an experience training administrator in Vestal, NY! This is a remote position that must be located within the eastern time zone. Starting salary of $45.00/HR!
We are being asked to transition to Workday by the time the contract with GPi expires which is 4/30/2025. There are over 6000 employees with approximately 90,000 modules of regulatory training that will need to be set up and assigned.
From a Workday Learning Administrator Level, create courses and learning programs in Workday using specific HR criteria (user groups based on Job title). These programs will need to contain reoccurrence guidelines. Import learning history records from our current LMS into Workday. Creating user guide for the processes outlined above for others. This will be working many times with EHS Training Supervisor as well as alone in either the Binghamton Service or Kirkwood General Office in New York.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required or an associate degree with 5 years of relevant Workday and Workday Learning (specifically Learning Administrator) experience required. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKDAY LEARNING MODULES, NOT JUST WORKDAY HR MODULES. This must include experience being a Learning Administrator in Workday. Moderate to excellent Excel abilities. Ability to self-direct if needed.
