Position: Field Service Technician
Pay: $24.50/hour
Location: Honaunau, HI
Shift: Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call.
Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced **Field Service Technician** to travel and service ATMs in your area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety procedures. Travel between service locations is required, and you must be mechanically adept with strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs and component replacements on ATMs.
- Manage parts inventory and reporting.
- Diagnose problems using error logs and call details.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with SLA agreements.
- Follow safety procedures in financial institutions.
Physical Requirements:
- Bending, lifting (1-50 lbs.), standing for long periods.
- Travel up to 200 miles per day may be required.
- Rotating shifts, nights, and weekends required.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of field service experience.
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
- Basic tools and mechanical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Experience with NCR or similar equipment.
