JobsRUs.com is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for Warehouse Associates in Hebron, Kentucky.
1st shift: 6AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday
2nd shift: 4PM - 12.30AM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $16/hr
About the Role:
Are you ready to jumpstart your career in logistics? As a Warehouse Associate at JobsRUs.com, you will be a vital part of our client's warehouse operations. This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shipping: Box making, order induction, billing, void fill and packing, LTL sorting, loading.
• Receiving: Manual unloading.
• Value-Added Services: Kitting, labeling, postponement.
• Facilities Maintenance: General upkeep, trash removal using pallet-jack, sit-down forklift.
• Assembly Line: Kitting/production, display build, box builder, line loader, cart loader/unloader.
• Housekeeping: Detrashing pallets, emptying bins, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Miscellaneous: Weight out of tolerance, taper line, replenishing supplies, and more!
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail.
• Physically capable of performing tasks requiring reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to performance and safety standards.
• Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing) is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Little to no experience necessary—we provide training!
