Responsible for the daily collection and analyzing of Production Control data
Key Job Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and enter production data into the Production Database Discuss and resolve any discrepancies with the production resource leader Generate and distribute daily production KPI to line teams and functional teams. Collect and file food safety documents to be SQF audit ready at any time. Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring. Input product adds & cuts as needed for revisions and/or generation of the production schedule. Get sales orders from MIPS and make production schedule, print and distribute production documents. Provide revisions when changes are needed on the schedules. Responsible to keep up to date WINSPC system, Montrose and Validators. Provide process data to functional teams and line team to improve performance. Participate and provide support to production to accomplish continues improvements objectives. Maintain and update daily Associate rosters, tracking vacation, leave, and holidays. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Key Behavioral Competencies:
Proven ability to handle multiple projects Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative Ability to work in a fast-pace environment. Excellent analytical, organizational and communication (written and oral) skills. Excellent Computer skills and proficiency with data entry, MS Word, Excel, database and other software/applications highly desired. Must be able to work flexible work schedules when necessary with minimal advanced notice
Education and Work History: High School Diploma or Equivalent 2-3 years of experience desired in Production Control or related field. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
