730 AM to 4:00 PM

Position Overview
Join a dynamic research lab supporting growth and innovation across composites and insulation industries. The role involves preparing and testing glass and raw material samples, operating and maintaining lab equipment, and collaborating with teams on various projects.
Responsibilities
Safety Ensure a safe lab environment by following protocols, using personal protective equipment, and reporting incidents promptly.
Sample Preparation Prepare glass and raw material samples for analysis, physical property testing, and refractory brick evaluation.
Equipment Operation
Use cutting, grinding, and melting equipment in both hot and ambient environments.
Team Collaboration: Work with project leads and team members to meet deadlines and solve problems.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma GED Bachelors preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of raw material splitting, grinding, and particle size sieving.
Comfort working with high temperature materials and machinery.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
