Job Posting: Material Handler
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to support production operations by moving, transferring, and pulling orders necessary for our production teams. The Material Handler will play a key role in inventory transactions using Oracle, ensuring products are delivered to production areas to complete work orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Stage materials in designated areas and maintain organization.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while performing Material Handler duties.
Operate forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, or pallet jacks as needed to provide materials to production.
Pick and pull materials from warehouse or Kanban areas while performing Oracle transactions.
Weigh, verify, and stock returns from production back to warehouse or Kanban locations.
Verify that part numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and locations are correct when pulling materials for any location.
Move finished goods from staging areas to the warehouse to maintain clear spaces.
Perform label control to ensure all information is accurate.
Reconcile work orders and ensure correct materials are issued and transactions completed.
Perform daily cycle counts and zone counting as required.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times.
Perform shift tasks and assist with any additional responsibilities as needed.
Pull and transact Move Orders and Material Requests.
Resolve Oracle errors as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write, perform basic calculations, and navigate through complex computer programs accurately.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.
Open availability with the ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule if required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift experience required.
Oracle experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
One year or more of related experience is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Work is performed in a clean room environment.
Ability to sit, stand, or kneel for long periods.
Must be able to use a computer or touch screen to enter work order data.
Occasional lifting and moving of objects up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to work around automated robots and heavy equipment.
