Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM
Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing support, resolving issues, and acting as a connection between customers and the company’s sales and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer questions about orders, products, and services
Process orders and transactions efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Collaborate with the Sales Account Representatives and other departments
Provide feedback from customers to improve processes
Attend training sessions and team meetings
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
6 to 12 months of customer service or call center experience
Strong customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience with SharePoint is a plus
