JobsRUs.com is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Facility Cleaner in Canandaigua, NY.
Part-Time 20-25 hours, weekends may be required
Pay Rate: $15.50-$17/hr depending on experience
The Facility Cleaner will be responsible for keeping the building in clean and orderly condition. Performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning flooring, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
*Service, cleaning, and or supply restrooms
*Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
*Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
*Patch holes in walls and prepare for painting
*Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent
damage
*Cleans & sanitizes walls, floors bathroom fixtures, sinks, appliances, cabinets & windows
*Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (when using cleaning
chemicals, reporting incidents, etc.)
*Also responsible for assisting with apartment turnovers.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Cleaning experience minimum of 1 year
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
