Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Outbound Shipping Coordinator
Managed inventory, ensuring precise stock levels and timely deliveries.
Optimized logistics, achieving error-free documentation and improved efficiency.
Resolved invoice issues, expediting part repairs and returns.
Reduced backorders, improving parts sourcing for medical systems.
Managed end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely deliveries from unloading to shipment processing.
Coordinated part repairs and returns, effectively resolving invoice and quality issues to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Implemented improved inventory management techniques, leading to significant reduction in backorders and enhanced parts availability
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any shipping-related issues
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and a strong attention to detail
They will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with internal teams and resolving any shipping-related issues
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
Resolve any shipping-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce costs
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently as well as with a team
Flexibility regarding working a 5 out of 7-day schedules.
Flexibility with work hours: frequent overtime and weekends.
Ability to work seated for long periods of time when required
Must be able to run a Pallet Jack, EPJ and or Forklift
Must have 5 years of Warehouse experience
