Shift Details: 1st shift
Working Days: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri
Day Starts at: 5:00AM
Day Ends at: 3:30PM
DESCRIPTION:
Reduce loss and waste on damaged goods as much as possible and facilitate repairs keeping the costs in line with the estimations
Perform investigations within 48 hours of receipt of request based on the information received from the Store Quality Techs
Complete all repairs according to the work order or protocol
Ensure a smooth pallet flow in the Repair or recovery Area
Provide optimum service for the Stores
Check all damages ensure all articles which are considered to be salable are packaged as close to the original packaging as possible
Create and monitor tracking reports measuring results and productivity
Contribute to an environment where Client culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers.
Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned.
