As a Landscaper/Driver, your responsibilities will include:
* Constructing, creating, and maintaining commercial and residential lawns, gardens, and parks.
* Identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency.
* Ensuring plant growth, cleanliness of outdoor facilities, and pruning of overgrown hedges.
* Supervising maintenance repairs and equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
* Performing general maintenance duties, including cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and applying plaster.
* Conducting minor repairs and maintenance on grounds keeping equipment.
* Applying pesticides and fertilizer safely and efficiently.
* Mowing and trimming grounds using hand, power, or riding mowers.
* Monitoring property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.
* Training and enhancing knowledge in assigned duties.
* Ensuring grounds are free of weeds and dead plants.
Qualifications:
* Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work outdoors in various conditions for extended periods.
