Thursday, Friday, Saturday alternating Wednesdays
540 PM to 600 AM
Key Responsibilities
Safety and Environment
Follow all safety rules safety is a job requirement.
Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Participate in safety, maintenance, and housekeeping programs.
Keep work areas and equipment clean and operational.
Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment before and during use
Quality Control
Perform quality checks on winders, conveyors, and other equipment.
Adjust machine settings as needed.
Identify and report any material defects.
Communicate quality concerns with team members.
Ensure all finished products meet weight and thickness standards.
Production and Operations
Operate winders, packaging machines, and banding equipment.
Print and apply pallet labels.
Stack and manage reworked material.
Track and report scrap material.
Assist with machine threading, product changes, and repairs.
Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues.
Train and support colleagues as needed.
Skills and Requirements
Strong safety awareness.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Basic math and computer skills Excel, Outlook, SAP, etc.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
Manufacturing or process related experience preferred.
