JOB DESCRIPTION:
TOP (3) REQUIRED SKILLSETS:
Ability to work with hand tools, powered tools and use tape measure
Ability to lift 50 lbs. (we move desks, tables, furniture, boxes, benches, crates, etc.)
Ability to work with others
NICE TO HAVE SKILLSETS:
Basic Carpentry Skills
Patching drywall/ Painting Experience
Moving experience
Furniture building or installation
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform set up for corporate functions and meetings. Including moving furniture, desks, tables.
Participate in small to large complex office moves including breaking down and rebuilding offices, moving totes, monitors, computers and boxes.
Install, maintain and repair facility structures. Work duties to include painting, sheetrock/drywall install and repair, ceiling tile install and repair, door maintenance and light carpentry.
Assist in maintaining, installing and repairing of Facilities AV systems.
Install, troubleshoot and repair data communication and telephone wiring.
Perform light plumbing repairs to flushometers and sprayers, and clear clogged drains.
Respond to Emergency maintenance requests as needed.
May perform additional responsibilities such as offsite warehouse inventory tracking and storing.
May perform building audits to identify the need and/or opportunity for maintenance and repair.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned including inspections of eye-wash stations, fire extinguishers.
