Position Overview
JobsRUs.com is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented RM/Customer Service position with strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Coordinate with production and shipping departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, data entry.
Provide customers with product information and details on order status.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as production and shipping, to meet
delivery timelines.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive
experience.
Maintain and update customer account information.
Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
to interact with customers and internal teams.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Organizational: Strong skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
Technical: Proficiency with Excel and CRM
Previous experience in customer service, in a warehouse, ideally with
manufactured products, is often preferred
Education: A High School Diploma or GED
