Pay Rate - $16/hr 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm
Job Description Responsible for cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospital policy. Will also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Major Responsibilities:
Quality • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies. • Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen. • Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time • Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions. Service • Focus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standards • Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement. • Manage service recovery as needed. People • Foster a culture of commitment to the vision, mission, and values of the organization. • Participate in team and individual employee training. Growth • Participate in training with senior housekeepers to further develop/advance within the industry. Finance • Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste. • Follow all time keeping standards: time clock procedures, meal breaks, timely clocking Other • Performs other duties as assigned. • Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.”
Education & Experience: • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
