Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (OT every other Friday)
Location: On-site | In‑person interviews
Shift: Full-time (Contract– approx. 3 months)
Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to safely operate production equipment, perform basic inspections, follow procedures, and maintain accurate documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP, ISO 13485, FDA). This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
Operate machines such as CNC grinders, molding machines, Multivac sealers, cutoff equipment, laser welders, and ECG machines
Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
Perform changeovers, setups, and in‑process inspections
Maintain production records and keep work area clean
Communicate effectively with team members and complete required training
Requirements
1–3 years of machine operator experience
Ability to read/write English, follow diagrams, and complete paperwork
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to use calipers and measurement tools
Ability to stand/sit for long periods
Willingness to work overtime
Drug test & safety shoes required
HS Diploma/GED preferred (not required)
Work Environment
PPE required (lab coats, hair nets, gloves, safety shoes, etc.). Some cleanroom areas. No makeup, jewelry, or certain clothing items allowed BD04123JD
